You want to make a residential, commercial or industrial building starting from single storied up to fifty storied or more having reasonable floor space area, you may ask us for technical assistance to enrich your intention and plan to actual standard level.
We can support you by technical assistance, prepare basic conceptual design or layout plan as per requirement by you, your architect and all other field of designers, like HVAC Engineer, Structural Engineer, Sanitary and Plumbing Engineer, Fire fighting Engineer, Building automation Engineer and others involved with the project.
In our design activities, we follow and maintain local and international standards and code like BNBC, IEE, IEEE, IEC, BS, VDE, JIS, NFPA, Malaysian standard and other relevant standard.

Electrical power, communication, safety and security system design for buildings and industries. We provide our consultation services for residential buildings, academic buildings like school, college and universities, commercial buildings and all type of industrial buildings like pharmaceuticals, hospitals, garments, sweater factory etc.

We prepare technical specification and bill of quantities [BOQ] for the projects we design. Also, we can support the Owner/Employer by providing construction work supervision asper contract with the Employer/Owner.
Training

Providing training to fresh and mid-level Engineers in the field of designing Electrical, communication, safety and security services for modern and smart building and industry. After completion of our training courses, the incumbent can start doing design for small building and step by step can prepare himself /herself as a good designer in Electrical Engineering field. The training classes may be online using Microsoft team, Google meet or Zoom media.
In providing consultancy services for buildings and industries, we fix up time required for various steps of our activities.
