We prefer to sit for design discussion meeting or meetings with designers of all related fields in this project, like architect, HVAC and other professionals. This design meeting should start at the very beginning of the project, i.e. conceptual time of the project. In the same path these joint conversations and meetings should continue till hand over of any project.
